Friday afternoon Nancy, Courtney, and I drove up to Cave Falls on the southwest side of Yellowstone.  We took some short hikes around the falls and skipped rocks on the Bechler River.  It was a fun time.  As we were driving out we decided to drive through a campground to scout it for future camping trips.  We were stopped on the road looking at a site when Courtney said . . . what's that?  About twenty feet from the car was a big Black Bear in the bushes eating berries.  It was sooo fun.  We rolled down the windows just because we could (no rules like in Bear World) and watched.  Wouldn't you know that the camera battery was dead . . . Anyway, it was fun to be out.  We stopped in St. Anthony on the way home for dinner at Big J's (a family favorite).  We ate outside and enjoyed a nice evening.

Courtney is all moved in to her apartment and ready for school which starts tomorrow.  I am also ready...kind of.

Here's a couple of pictures:

Hope you all have a good week.
